Abstract

This article aims to contribute to the debate onuniversity autonomy currently being developedamong the academic community. It presentsalternatives for resolving the conflict that existsbetween the principle of university autonomy andnew structural scenarios that establish globalization,the society of knowledge and public policyfrom recent years. It also demands and providesdynamics of change and transformation of publicuniversities.
