AbstractCardiovascular drug development requires synthesizing relevant literature about indications, mechanisms, biomarkers, and outcomes. This short study investigates the performance, cost, and prompt engineering trade-offs of 3 large language models accelerating the literature screening process for cardiovascular drug development applications.
