A variedade de português falada pelos "holandeses" de Carambeí: identidade e r-forte The variety of Portuguese spoken by the Dutch of Carambeí: identity and strong-r
Abstract
Este estudo pretende: a) discutir a identidade dos "holandeses" de Carambeí; b) analisar a variedade de português falada pelos "holandeses" de Carambeí no que diz respeito ao uso do r-forte; e c) estabelecer que tipo de relação se dá entre identidade e uso de determinada variante de r-forte no português. No que diz respeito à identidade manifesta pelos "holandeses", percebe-se que se estabelecem dois grupos distintos: o dos "brasileiros" (parte do Grupo 2F e Grupos 3M e 3F) e dos "holandeses" (Grupos 1M, 1F, 2M, e parte do Grupo 2F). No que diz respeito ao uso de r-forte, os grupos 1M e 1F usam vibrante múltipla e tepe; o Grupo 2M também usa a vibrante e o tepe; já o Grupo 2F foi dividido: o Grupo 2Fa usa somente vibrante e tepe e o Grupo 2Fb usa fricativa e vibrante. Os Grupos 3M e 3F usam somente fricativa.This study intends to: a) discuss the identity of the "Dutch" of Carambeí; b) analyze the variety of Portuguese spoken by the "Dutch" of Carambeí regarding the use of strong-R; b) establish what sort of relationship takes place between identity and use of certain varieties of the strong-R in Portuguese. Related to the identity shown by the "Dutch", it is observable that two different groups are established: the "Brazilian" (a part of Group 2F and Groups 3M and 3F) and the "Dutch" (Groups 1M, 1F, 2M and a part of Group 2F). Considering the use of strong-R, groups 1M and 1F use trill and tap; group 2M also uses trill and tap; Group 2F, although, was divided: Group 2Fa uses trill and tap and Group 2Fb uses fricative and trill. Groups 3M and 3F use only fricative.
