The article discusses the features of change management, which is a complex and diverse process and requires an integrated approach. Modern organizations, to improve their efficiency, use a combination of management mechanisms that are adapted to the type and scale of change. Purpose: development of recommendations for effective change management in the organization. Methods and materials. The work is based on the general scientific method of analysis and synthesis. Graphical methods were used to present the research results. Research results. Important distinctive features of modern management of organizations are the consideration of fundamental values, such as taking into account key processes in the internal environment, dependence on external processes and management of organizations. Scope of results. The article provides practical recommendations for organizations seeking to effectively manage change, identifies the importance of an individual approach, adapting management mechanisms in the context of change and the need for constant assessment and adaptation.
