« Construire la dépendance et la résistance » : la politique migratoire allemande vécue par deux femmes migrantes philippines

Abstract

The migration policies of states regulate the stay of foreigners on their territories. They do so through legal measures that can contribute to shaping integration trajectories according to the status they establish. At the same time, the foreigners in question are not passive and can resist in the relationship they build with the States and the legal norms that concern them. Taking the case of Filipino migrant women in Germany as a starting point, the article aims to discuss the relationship between German migration policy, resistance to its legal measures and the resulting integration trajectories that emerge from the interrelation between both elements.
