Algorithms for developing and implementing a corporate data analysis system based on Power BI
Abstract
The development and implementation of an enterprise data analytics system is an important process of digital transformation of an enterprise. In the context of the rapid development of Deep Tech, the company's competitiveness to ensure the dynamics of the ecosystem is even more of a priority. The article presents the results of the process of developing and implementing a data analytics system based on Power BI, which is a powerful tool for collecting, processing and visualizing data from various sources. Reducing data processing time, reducing errors, being able to get up-to-date information in real time, and improving business management efficiency are the main advantages of using Power BI for data analysis. The process of collecting and preparing data for analysis in Power BI, as well as the process of creating reports and control panels that allow you to quickly and efficiently analyze data and make informed decisions, are integral parts of building an enterprise data analytics system. The advantages and disadvantages of the Power BI data analytics platform are presented, as well as additional cloud tools for processing, preparing, cleaning and enriching data, which can help in choosing tools and means for storing consolidated data, ELT/ETL tools, as well as in choosing a system for analyzing prepared and structured data. The results obtained are useful and used by business analysts, IT specialists and enterprise managers who are interested in improving the efficiency of business management using a data analytics system based on Power BI; for SMEs and large enterprises of all industries that strive to improve the efficiency of management and make quick and informed decisions based on data analysis.
