The intellectual property on the Convention of Biological Diversity

Abstract

This article presents the dispositions about the intellectual property expressed on the United Nations Convention of Biological Diversity and possible confrontation with others international dispositions in vigour, especially the ones in the agreement named Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPs).
