To ensure the necessary technical support for the long-term operation of the space vehicle, this paper studies the optimization technology of thermal emitter design in thermophotovoltaic technology. Because of the unsatisfactory experimental results of the traditional DBR cavity physical model, this paper uses the simplified DBR structure model to design multiple multi-layer composite structures named “simplified DBR cavity” and the absorption rate A value exceeds 99.5%, achieving a higher thermoelectric conversion efficiency.
