THE CASE OF SUCCESSFUL COMPENSATION AFTER TACHICARDIC CARDIOMYOPATHY

Abstract

The case provided, about post-tachicardic cardiomyopathy that mimiced an acute coronary syndrome at admittance of patient. Regardless old age of the patient, after normal rhythm return there was successful cardiac function normalization, with normal clinical, electro- and echocardiographic parameters.
