In recent years, the changes in the collection style of university libraries have affected the user's information seeking behavior, and the library needs to support students to achieve the goal of learning and research success. In view of the importance of e-journal resources to meet the needs of master students, this study used the master students of Fu Jen University as the research participants, using qualitative in-depth interviews to interview 23 interviewees. The study explored the master students’s seeking, selecting and accessing the experiences of electronic journal articles, and search tools and strategies, and obstacles etc. The research results can provide references for journal resource management practices and service strategies of university libraries, and for teachers teaching and guiding the master students.
