Whole genome analysis of Klebsiella pneumoniae T2-1-1 from human oral cavity

Abstract

Klebsiella pneumoniae T2-1-1 was isolated from the human tongue debris and subjected to whole genome sequencing on HiSeq platform and annotated on RAST.
