Research of radiation stability of hybrid integrated microcircuits

Abstract

The research of influence fast electrons and neutrons is carried out on microassembly intended for measurement and stabilization of temperature of primary converters of not electrical quantities, at which the transfer characteristic depends on temperature. The high enough stability of the basic parameters of microcircuits to such influence is found out. The reasons of changes of some parameters under action of the named radiations are shown.
