Education and development of creativity: a challenge in the training of professionals
Abstract
In this article a DIDACTIC PROPOSAL for the stimulation and the development of theProfessional Creativity of the students in the pedagogical process of the universities appears. The didactic proposal contains the definition of specific terms about the creativity in the Technical and Professional Education, the requirements for its stimulation and development and the Methodology Theoretical Model. One is based on the use of a set of professional problematic situations like methodology alternative to activate the learning.
