Participation of the public prosecutor in criminal proceedings on the basis of the agreement on reconciliation

Abstract

Problems of participation of the public prosecutor in criminal proceedings on the basis of the agreement on reconciliation are considered. The international standards of reconciliation’s procedures in criminal proceedings are analyzed. Blanks and lacks of a legislative regulation of reconciliatory procedures come to light. It is offered to provide the public prosecutor as the active subject of criminal proceedings on the basis of the agreement on reconciliation
