Le défaut de renseignement et sécurité en République Démocratique du Congo

Abstract

Résumé Cette recherche a porté sur la sécurité internationale de la République Démocratique du Congo et la place qu’occuperait le renseignement dans la construction de cette architecture. Jusqu’à ce jour, la RDC n’a pas encore pris conscience du rôle substantiel des renseignements dans la constitution de son soft power. C’est ce défaut de renseignement qui est à notre humble avis, le facteur principal d’une politique extérieure attentiste et d’une diplomatie des réactions souvent dépassées. Abstract This research focused on the international security of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the place that intelligence would occupy in the construction of this architecture. To date, the DRC has not yet realized the substantial role of intelligence in building its soft power. It is this lack of intelligence which is, in our humble opinion, the main factor of a wait-and-see foreign policy and a diplomacy of often outdated reactions.
