In this article we show a proposal related to the educational ethics to detect traits of social mobility in the discourse of secondary school students we analyze the implicit perception on university careers and status, limitation in the perception of professional fields and prejudices about studies considered exclusive for upper classes. It is an alternative methodological strategy to standardized surveys to detect features of social mobility, eventually considered for the design of educational policies. The comparison between public and private schools points to the teacher as a determining factor between greater or lesser prefiguration of progress.
