Educational dinosaurs in the digital-pandemic era: the need for a digital framework and an emergency framework in education
Abstract
In this editorial I tell a story and indicate a point of view, a perspective. A story straddling the pandemic. A before and an after with extremely different scenarios but with identical actions on educational policies aimed at delegitimization of any digital innovation in education. The perspective is instead to integrate (mix, blend, hybridize, ...) educational activities in presence and educational activities supported by digital technologies. The pandemic has also made clear the need for a plan of actions and policies in phases of educational emergency.
