The article substantiates the urgency offorming the competence of interaction with parents and social partners in future teachers in accordance with the requirements of FSS HE and the professional standard «Teacher». The author's interpretation of the content of the competence and its structural components is suggested. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competence studied in future teachers have been substantiated and confirmed by the effectiveness of the educational process: the inclusion in the content of specialized disciplines of specific topics aimed at systematizing, deepening and expanding knowledge about working with parents and social partners; Introduction into the educational process of elective discipline (elective) «Social partnership and interaction with parents in general education for the study of traditional and innovative forms of teacher interaction with social partners, parents and the formation of necessary professional skills; Organization of the work of the student scientific association on the specified problems; Inclusion in the programs of practitioners of special tasks on the organization of interaction with parents and social partners of students.
