OPTIMIZATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN’S MOTOR ACTIVITY IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS PHYSICAL EDUCATION: ANALYSIS OF REGIONAL EXPERIENCE
Abstract
The article discusses various ways and means of optimization of schoolchildren’s motor activity in the system of continuous physical education. A considerable experience of effective health-saving approaches implementation in physical education is shown to have been accumulated in Kuzbass educational establishments. Despite the variety of organizational forms and means of motor behaviour optimization, it is necessary to ensure conformity of the level and nature of the motor activity with age, sex, typological and individual characteristics of the developing organism, its functional capabilities and the state of health.
