Monitoring the market of legal services as an object of public administration in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine

Abstract

The problem of the functioning of business entities in the field of service provision during the full-scale war affected everyone, including legal services market entities. In such conditions, the experience accumulated during the epidemiological crisis of the past years regarding the possibility of providing some legal services remotely became invaluable. The market of legal services is currently experiencing not the best times, its subsidence is observed, as well as the outflow of highly qualified personnel outside the country. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the state has applied measures necessary to ensure national security, such as restricting access to a number of public electronic registers, including the register of property rights, which was inevitably reflected in the legal services market. In addition, in the conditions of a full-scale war, the nature of legal services provided to the population and businesses has changed, which is a direct reflection of today's reality and priority problems. However, despite the existing difficulties, the market of legal services is actively functioning and adopting new types of activities. Even now, the areas of providing legal services in the field of international law, IT technologies, etc. are actively developing, operations with crypto-currency are spreading. In addition, there is active legal support for processes related to compensation for damages from the military aggression of the russian federation.
