An important aspect of global business is the application of the principles of transparency and openness, which imply an enhanced role of information and communication in the activities of organizations. For this reason, it is essential for domestic enterprises to develop procedures for formulating the communicative policy that would take into account current global trends in this field. The purpose of the article is to develop the procedure for the formation of communicative enterprise’s policy based on the definition of stakeholders. The authors analyze the terminology regarding the enterprise communicative policy and approaches to its formation. Based on the stakeholder concept the corporate social responsibility is determined to be a prerequisite for successful business development at this stage.
