The purpose of the present paper is to investigate the effect of managers’ moral intelligence on their communication skills in the social welfare organization of EastAzerbaijanProvince. The impact of managers’ moral intelligence and its dimensions including honesty, responsibility, compassion, and forgiveness on their communication skills has been investigated. The statistical population consists of 249 top and middle managers of the insurance and health care units of the organization under study. According to Cochran’s formula, the sample size is 151, obtained by stratified random sampling technique. The data collecting instrument is a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity, and its reliability was approved through the use of Cronbach’s Alpha test for the questions of moral intelligence and communication skills with the significance level of 0.838 and 0.726, respectively. In order to test the research hypotheses, we have used Pearson’s correbtion coefficient and covariate regression.
