Administrative practices on local representative bodies’ efficiency: Russian and foreign experience

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of local parliaments’ political effectiveness. The author makes comparative analysis of administrative practices’ implementation aimed at increasing of local representative bodies’ efficiency in Russia and abroad.
