Sexuality is analysed here within the framework of work migration, via an in-depth field study of a workforce management device concerning female Moroccan farm workers recruited by contracts in origin in the province of Huelva (Spain). This type of contractualisation work perfectly illustrates the phenomenon of circular, temporary and selective migration. Ever since 2001, thousands of these women, recruited to work in strawberry production, undertake to return home once the season is over. In order to manage these women, the city of Cartaya has set up a labour force supervisory system in which sexuality plays a major role, being used as a sorting and disciplinary tool and functioning as a categorisation vector for these Moroccan migrants.
