Implicaciones políticas de la migración: la ciudadanía ante nuevos marcos de pertenencia

Abstract

El artículo aborda la relación entre migración y ciudadanía desde la pregunta por las implicaciones políticas de la migración. Parte de un recorrido por la noción de ciudadanía para llegar a las reformulaciones y debates que, alrededor de este concepto, se generan desde los retos que impone la migración a los modelos políticos actuales. Por último resalta la necesidad de reconocer, desde otros lugares de análisis, a los migrantes como nuevos sujetos políticos. Palabras Clave: Ciudadanía, Legislación, Migración ABSTRACT POLITICAL IMPLICATIONS OF MIGRATION: CITIZENSHIP AND THE NEW BELONGING FRAMEWORKS This article presents the relation between citizenship and migration, and questions also the political implications of migration. The fi rst part shows a general overview of the concept of citizenship, and then it arrives to the reformulations and discussions about this concept within the migration contexts.
