The Federal Institute in Porto Nacional-TO, currently offer since secondary courses to postgraduate level (latu sensu). The courses of Technology in Logistics (undergraduate) and Teaching in Vocational and Technical Education (postgraduate) make use of Distance e-learning (DeT) respectively in the ratio 20% and in full, and were the objects of this research. The aim is to assess the opinion of students about Distance Education (DE). The survey was conducted during the last half of November 2013 when a questionnaire was applied to one hundred thirty-one students from Technology in Logistics and thirty students Teaching in Vocational and Technical Education. Was highlighted in this material, the result of 19 probes, divided into 5 constructs defined by the base material. The construct was the highest score of "differential". The construct of 'flexibility' had the lowest overall average.
