Biryukova (Email: [email protected]) has been retracted (i.e. withdrawn from the press) by the editor with permission of the publisher. The reason for the article retraction is redundant publication: the author has published substantially the same article under the same title in the journal “Obrazovanie i nauka [Education and Science]” (2016; 6(135):141-151). The Editorial Board would like to extend its sincere apologies for any inconvenience this retraction may have caused.
