Nowadays, increasing the needs and desires of people has brought different kinds of activities. Urban open spaces are among the most important areas where these needs are realized. The right design of the open spaces of the city allows for the creation of high quality and more livable cities. Historical structures are among the most important inventories in cities consisting of many living and non-living components. Among these buildings, museums attract many local users and serve as a bridge between past and present. In museums with open spaces, it increases the quality of the space and draws the user preferences towards these places. Users will no longer be able to use these museums once in a while for their needs and desires. Within the scope of this study, which has a history of 4000 years in Trabzon, which is among the most tourist attractions in the history; Atatürk Mansion Museum, Trabzon Museum and Kanuni House Museum were examined. Studies on spatial quality, usually urban, neighborhood, housing, parking and so on. It is scale. Therefore, this study is one of the original characteristics of the study which questions the spatial quality on historical inventories. In this context, the quality of the space parameters were determined by evaluating the literature studies. The results were evaluated with SPSS 23.0 and the quality of the open spaces of the museums were determined according to the user preferences.
