Between rapid population growth and a slowing economy, the need for public infrastructure and services, mainly in developing countries, is increasingly felt. Moreover, the State cannot meet this need alone, given the size of the investment required for these projects. Thus, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) are an attractive alternative for governments, allowing them to finance major infrastructure projects without worsening the country’s budgetary situation. This work aims to explore the key success factors of PPP projects in Morocco, with the aim of strengthening and improving the delivery of infrastructure projects through this innovative mode. To do this, we will proceed via a qualitative method through the case study of the NOOR I Ouarzazate solar power plant.
