The crime of uncontrolled storage of waste and the identification of its consumption moment
Abstract
The paper, analyzing the most recent jurisprudence on the subject, focuses on the case of the uncontrolled deposit of waste (art.256, 2nd paragraph, legislative decree 152/06) examining the reasons for qualifying it, according to the situations, as an instant or permanent offense.
