Abstract The development of green technology (GT) and green innovation (GI) in green management practices (GMP) is an important key in today’s digital and sustainable era. This article discusses how e-learning (EL) acts as an antecedent variable in strengthening green innovation (GI) and the application of green technology (GT) to green management practices(GMP). This study analyzes whether e-learning influences green management practices by mediating green technology and green innovation. This study uses cross-sectional data that collects population data at one point to analyze the prevalence of variables or relationships between variables in the sample. The population consisted of lecturers in higher education in Indonesia. The results show that e-learning influences green innovation, technology, and management practices. Similarly, green innovation and green technology significantly affect green management practices. It is also firmly established that green innovation and technology are effective mediator variables for e-learning and green management practices. Therefore, green management practices in universities cannot ignore the important role of e-learning, investing in green innovation and green technology to support the achievement of sustainable education.
