A CONTRARREFORMA DA PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL E A EXPROPRIAÇÃO DE DIREITOS SOB ARGUMENTOS CAPCIOSOS

Abstract

This text seeks to show the expropriation of social security and welfare rights conquered by Brazilian workers in the social security field, before the possible approval of the Proposed Constitutional Amendment (PEC) nº 287/2016 that deals with the counter-reformation (reduction of rights) of social security,based on captious arguments, which hide their real purpose of meeting the interests of financial capital, which commands accumulation, in the context of deepening the structural crisis of capital and expanding the country’s public debt.
