Duality and multiple nationality in the former Iraqi laws and currently in effect - a comparative study - (part one)

Abstract

Nationality is an important and precise subject that the legislator and jurisprudent have focused on in all countries in their study, proof, principles and rules, because It is the instrument by which the people's corner of the state is determined and the individuals who make up this element are identified by the foreigners who reside there in terms of general rights and duties in a world where there are people who differ in origin, sex, language, religion, and are dispersed in environments and countries other than their own, necessitated the control and organization of their links with the state with clear and fair legal provisions, no room for forms and arbitrariness.
