On the concepts of solidarity and human dignity. A dialogue with Javier de Lucas

Abstract

The analysis of the concept of solidarity in the work of Javier de Lucas leads the author of this work to consider how the principle of solidarity is related to the one of human dignity. The conclusion reached is that these two are complementary principles that reinforce each other when it comes to founding and configuring rights.
