A POLÍTICA PÚBLICA DE EMPREGO, TRABALHO E RENDA NO BRASIL: estrutura e questões
Abstract
This article deals with jobs, work and income Public Policies. It analyzes their economical determinations, referenced by the last capitalist crisis, besides pointing out the implications of their strategical role in the confrontation of the social effects of these crisis. It presents the framework of these Policies in Brazil, at the federal level, even pointing out some limits and issues in the constitution and development of the current programs. Finally, it presents the results of an empirical research, in the scope of the Government of Rio de Janeiro, about the impacts of a professional qualification project in the working and living conditions of its ́ participants.
