Local endometrial injuryas a contributing factor to implantation

Abstract

In the review the last data showing the relationship between the outcomes of the IVF program and the presence of a local inflammatory reaction in the endometrium is presented. Special attention is given to the justification of endometrial biopsy as one of the possible mechanisms for the advancement of its receptor activity by increasing the expression of key molecules
