PECULIARITIES OF TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE SPORTS DANCE TO STUDENTS CHOREOGRAPHERS

Abstract

Pedagogical education consists in the preparation of highly professional modern teachers of sports ballroom dancing, who are able to effectively carry out teaching activities in educational institutions. The article touches upon some aspects of the educational system and the specific features of teaching sports dance to students from the Department of Choreography at the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts. The urgency of this problem is due to the high demand of highly qualified specialists in the field of sports ballroom dancing.
