Al-Madinah school during the first and second centuries AH contributed to the emergence and development of the idea of ​​history among Muslims, as this idea at the beginning of its emergence took an emphasis on studying the hadith and paying attention to it because it is the best reference for the Companions to know the legislation and its usefulness. And his actions. This, no doubt, represents the Islamic trend pursued by the school of Medina, the house of the Prophet’s Sunnah and the center of his rule. Besides this trend, Basra and Kufa became a tribal direction, and each direction became a historical school. As a result of the mutual influence between the two schools, the Islamic trend prevailed, so the direction of the people of hadith prevailed, and this is the prominent phenomenon that we see on the ancient historians that most of them were proponents of hadith and relied on their subject in administrative organization and life affairs. The efforts made in writing and studying hadiths were the beginning of the emergence of historical writing among Muslims, and at the same time they helped develop their idea of ​​history in addition to revealing to us the relationship of hadith with history .. and the efforts of the people of Medina from the generation of followers in studying hadith expanded beyond the hadiths of the Messenger (p. It includes recording the sayings of the Companions and their deeds. Indeed, those efforts bore fruit in the late first century AH to include the last activities of the entire ummah, and then began writing books on administration, literature and the judiciary.
