Cernavoda bridge – the illustrious work of romanian politicians and engineers

Abstract

The story of the Cernavoda Bridge, which shortened distances across the country, uniting families and allowing Romania to reach out into the world, was written both by the Romanian engineers who physically designed and built it, as well as by the politicians who supported this work. Among the latter are the Minister of Public Works, Alexandru Marghiloman.
