Abstract

The article considers main problems and tasks of development of the strategy of support of innovation development at APK enterprises. It offers directions of innovation development on the basis of use of mathematical models and modern information technologies. Integration formations and territorial clusters that allow optimisation of investment resources and possibilities and accelerate innovation processes are organised during a transitional period towards innovation economy. Programming and target-oriented management at macro- and meso-levels cannot be all-embracing in the context of state support and preferences to innovation development. In this respect the article justifies poles of growth of investment priorities and, accordingly, development of the methodology of system approach and methods of cluster analysis and forecasting.В работе рассматриваются основные проблемы и задачи разработки стратегии поддержки инновационного развития на предприятиях АПК. Предложены направления инновационного развития на основе использования математических моделей и современных информационных технологий. В переходный период к инновационной экономике организуются интеграционные формирования, территориальные кластеры, которые позволяют оптимизировать инвестиционные ресурсы и возможности, ускорять инновационные процессы. Программно-целевое управление на макро- и мезоуровнях не может быть всеобъемлющим в плане господдержки и преференций инновационному развитию. В этой связи обоснованы полюса роста инвестиционных приоритетов и, соответственно, развитие методологии системного подхода, методов кластерного анализа и прогнозирования.
