Abstract
Se reflexionó sobre la necesidad de analizar el dilema relacionado con la polarización de la discusión, en torno a la potencialidad de los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo, donde se destacó que el empleo de ambos procedimientos ayuda a corregir los errores propios de cada paradigma. También se enfatizó en que esta visión facilitará los cambios necesarios que deben operarse para la integración de la práctica metodológica del quehacer científico.Some thought was given to the necessity for analyzing the dilemma related to the discussion polarization according to the potential of the qualitative and quantitative approaches, in which case the use of both procedures resulted relevant since it helps to correct the own errors of each paradigm. Furthermore, it was emphasized that this vision will facilitate the necessary changes that must be carried out for the integration of the methodological practice in the scientific labor.
