التقنيات الحديثة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، أداة نشر وظيفة الجودة المبهمة QFD FUZZYنموذجا

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على توظيف المجموعات المبهمة في خدمة الجودة نظرا لقلة توجه الباحثين لمعالجة مثل هذه المواضيع بدراسات شاملة لاختبار وتدعيم إمكانية تطبيق هذا الأسلوب على الرغم من الأهمية البالغة التي يحتلها في الدول المتقدمة، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن استخدام هذه التقنية يسمح لمتخذ القرار بمقارنة نتائج الطرق التقليدية لتقييم وترتيب متطلبات الزبائن في QFD مع نتائج أساليب المجموعات المبهمة Fuzzy Sets واختيار الطريقة التي تسمح بتقديم منتج ذو جودة عالية يمكن المؤسسة الجزائرية من دعم وتعزيز موقعها وتحقيق التميز على الصعيد الوطني والعالميThis study aimed to shed light on the employment of the Fuzzy Sets to improve quality due to the lack of researchers ’tendency to address such issues with comprehensive studies in order to test and support the possibility of applying this method despite the great importance it occupies in developed countries. This study concluded that the use of this technology allows the decision maker to compare the results of the traditional methods of evaluating and arranging customer requirements in QFD with the results of the Fuzzy Sets methods and choosing the way to provide a high quality product that enables the Algerian establishment to support and enhance its position and achieve excellence at the national and international levels
