The introduction and development of the subjects of education for citizenship in our educational system have provoked controversy, and this rejection has resulted in the proliferation of numerous lawsuits and appeals filed by parents. They claimed the annulment of certain parts of the regulatory development of the subjects, and the recognition of a hypothetical right to conscientious objection to them. As these challenges are related to the understanding and application of the principle of equality between women and men, like for example, the concept of gender, it has become necessary to consider the judgments that resolved these claims. This work addresses to offer an analysis of these judgments.
