Management of family property
Abstract
Although the Iraqi legislator did not deal with family ownership in civil law, this regulation does not mean creating a new image of common property. Family property, as we have explained, is an old system. Families often retain their property if several people own one property after the death of their inheritance, uniting them in that, either the unit of work or interest, leaving their inheritance and the imposition of the unit of joint exploitation because the money inherited in our society has a moral value may exceed the value of material, he reminds them of an important person or a good memory in their lives
