O TRABALHO DO TÉCNICO-ADMINISTRATIVO EM INSTITUIÇÕES FEDERAIS DE ENSINO SUPERIOR: análise do cotidiano e implicações na saúde

Abstract

The present work discusses the daily routine of the administration staft of a Federal University in Brazil from the perspective of overall heallh qualily. The research relies on Iiterature review and field data collected from a survey with 21 interviews and application of 50 questionnaires. The resulls show that in such a diverse work environment, the employee's daily routine could be a source of either good or bad heallh. We conclude that work place layout is a key factor on fulfilling the employee's expectation about their daily routine.
