The Theme of the Earthly Paradise in the Ancient Apocrypha 1: Walking of Zosima to Rahmanam

Abstract

The publication reproduces and analyzes the text, the plot of which is constructed as a journey to the earthly paradise. The characteristics of the blessed life of the people, whose features were formed under the influence of the Old Testament Legends of the Rechabites, and the story of Rahman, which was reproduced in the different versions of the stories about Alexander the Great. The publication is provided with a translation into the modern Russian language and comments
