For this we conducted a survey with a sample of 200 respondents between users and employees of bus companies. The analysis and transforming qualitative data into quantitative were made from a multi-criteria analysis methodology which has a constructive approach (MCDA-C). The performance considering the overall perception was -7 points and it is in the range between bad and indifferent results. These findings indicate need for improvements in public transportation by bus service in the Federal District.
