The aim of this study is to identify those characteristics in students that favor the development of the differential formation provided by Jesuit education at the university level. To this end, the Delphi method was used in order to obtain a consensus of a worldwide group of experts in Jesuit education at university. The features mentioned by the experts have been categorized into five groups that capture dimensions of a framework for understanding the students at these universities. These dimensions are: relationship with others, personality traits, social commitment, desires and aspirations, and intellectual capacity. In addition, this study identifies the 16 characteristics whose value reaches a higher level of consensus among the experts.
