Giant condyloma acuminatum (GCA) commonly known as Buschke-Lowenstein tumor (BLT) is a rare sexually transmitted disease, which is always preceded by condyloma accuminata and linked to human papillomavirus (HPV). Most commonly affected sites aremale and female genitalia, anal and perianal regions.
