Primary adrenal insufficiency
Abstract
Abstract Primary adrenal insufficiency is a potentially life‐threatening condition. We report a case of a 49‐year‐old female patient who presented to the hospital for evaluation of dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. Darkening of the palmar creases and tongue was noted. The adrenocorticotropic hormone stimulation test confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal insufficiency.
